A kutat\u00f3csoportunk a fejl\u0151d\u0151 ivarsejtekben v\u00e9gbemen\u0151 v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sokat vizsg\u00e1lja a Drosophila spermatogenezise sor\u00e1n. Ezek sz\u00e1ma fajonk\u00e9nt elt\u00e9r\u0151, de az ecetmuslica genomj\u00e1ban is t\u00f6bb ezer ilyen g\u00e9n van jelen. Ezek egy r\u00e9sze g\u00e9nduplik\u00e1ci\u00f3val keletkezett. Az \u00edgy l\u00e9trej\u00f6tt g\u00e9nek tesztisz-specifikus g\u00e9nkifejez\u0151d\u00e9se lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi ezen duplik\u00e1tumok egyik tagj\u00e1nak, hogy \u00faj funkci\u00f3t nyerjen vagy, hogy specializ\u00e1l\u00f3djon az adott szervben. A tesztisz-specifikus g\u00e9nterm\u00e9kek a spermiumok kialak\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ban n\u00e9lk\u00fcl\u00f6zhetetlenek. A gamma tubulin gy\u0171r\u0171komplex (\u03b3-TURC) feh\u00e9rj\u00e9i k\u00f6z\u00f6tt is megjelennek a tesztisz specifikus elemek, amelyek hi\u00e1ny\u00e1ban hib\u00e1san fejl\u0151dnek a spermatid\u00e1k, \u00e9s a centrosz\u00f3m\u00e1b\u00f3l kialakul\u00f3 baz\u00e1lis test. A tesztisz specifikus \u03b3-TURC tagjai, alternat\u00edv mikrotubulus szervez\u0151 k\u00f6zpontot (MTOC) is l\u00e9trehozhatnak, hiszen megjelennek a spermatid\u00e1k megny\u00falt mitokondriumainak felsz\u00edn\u00e9n. Az energia termel\u0151 szerepe sz\u00e9lesk\u00f6r\u0171en ismert, azonban sok egy\u00e9b funkci\u00f3val is b\u00edr, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a rendk\u00edv\u00fcl hossz\u00fa Drosophila spermiumokban szerkezeti t\u00e1maszk\u00e9nt is szolg\u00e1l. A spermatid\u00e1k differenci\u00e1l\u00f3d\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n a sejtek mitokondriumai fuzion\u00e1lnak, \u00e9s k\u00e9t mitokondrium sz\u00e1rmaz\u00e9kot hoznak l\u00e9tre, amik a spermatid\u00e1kkal egy\u00fctt ny\u00falnak meg.
