Az \u00c1llat\u00e9lettani Tansz\u00e9ken bel\u00fcl <strong>1968-ban j\u00f6tt l\u00e9tre Dr. Alf\u00f6ldi Lajos vezet\u00e9s\u00e9vel egy Genetikai Csoport<\/strong>, \u00e9s mint szervezeti egys\u00e9g, ez tekinthet\u0151 tansz\u00e9k\u00fcnk el\u0151dj\u00e9nek. \u00d6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 oktat\u00e1si egys\u00e9gk\u00e9nt <strong>a Genetikai Tansz\u00e9k 1974-ben, Dr. Orosz L\u00e1szl\u00f3 vezet\u00e9s\u00e9vel alakult meg<\/strong> az egyetem \u00fajszegedi \u00faj \u00e9p\u00fclet\u00e9ben. Dr. Orosz L\u00e1szl\u00f3 1974 \u00e9s 1989 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt vezette a tansz\u00e9ken foly\u00f3 oktat\u00f3 \u00e9s kutat\u00f3 munk\u00e1t. A tansz\u00e9k \u00e1ltal oktatott szigorlati t\u00e1rgy a genetika volt. <strong>1989-t\u0151l Dr. Mar\u00f3y P\u00e9ter vette \u00e1t a tansz\u00e9k vezet\u00e9s\u00e9t<\/strong>, \u00e9s folytatta a genetika, mint szigorlati t\u00e1rgy oktat\u00e1s\u00e1t. 1990-ben a tansz\u00e9khez csatlakozott a Biol\u00f3giai Izot\u00f3p Laborat\u00f3rium is. <strong>2000-ben a Genetikai Tansz\u00e9k a Genetikai \u00e9s Molekul\u00e1ris Biol\u00f3giai Tansz\u00e9k nevet vette fel.<\/strong> Ett\u0151l kezdve a tansz\u00e9ken k\u00e9t szigorlati t\u00e1rgy, genetika \u00e9s molekul\u00e1ris biol\u00f3gia oktat\u00e1sa folyt biol\u00f3gia tan\u00e1r \u00e9s biol\u00f3gus hallgat\u00f3knak. <strong>2002-ben a tansz\u00e9k munkat\u00e1rsa, Dr. Boros Imre Mikl\u00f3s kapott tansz\u00e9kvezet\u0151i kinevez\u00e9st.<\/strong> Ekkor sz\u0171nt meg a Biol\u00f3giai Izot\u00f3p Laborat\u00f3rium, \u00e9s helyette egy Molekul\u00e1ris Biol\u00f3giai Egys\u00e9g j\u00f6tt l\u00e9tre a genetikai munkacsoportok mellett. <strong>2006-ban ism\u00e9t Dr. Mar\u00f3y P\u00e9tert nevezt\u00e9k ki tansz\u00e9kvezet\u0151nek.<\/strong> Kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9s\u00e9re a tansz\u00e9k ism\u00e9t a Genetikai Tansz\u00e9k nevet vette fel. Ennek kapcs\u00e1n J\u00f3zsef Attila, az egyetem kor\u00e1bbi n\u00e9vad\u00f3j\u00e1nak h\u00edres Sz\u00fclet\u00e9snapomra c\u00edm\u0171, \u201eHarminck\u00e9t \u00e9ves lettem \u00e9n\u201e kezdet\u0171 verse jut eszembe. A Drosophila rendk\u00edv\u00fcl hasznosnak \u00e9s j\u00f3 v\u00e1laszt\u00e1snak bizonyult hiszen az elk\u00f6vetkez\u0151 \u00e9vekben sz\u00e1mos tudom\u00e1nyos \u00e1tt\u00f6r\u00e9s volt k\u00f6thet\u0151 a muslic\u00e1hoz. Morgan 1933-ban a kromosz\u00f3maelm\u00e9let megalkot\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt \u00e9s bizony\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt r\u00e9szes\u00fclt Nobel-d\u00edjban. Herman Muller amerikai genetikus munk\u00e1ss\u00e1g\u00e1hoz k\u00f6thet\u0151 a r\u00f6ntgen sug\u00e1rz\u00e1s mutag\u00e9n hat\u00e1s\u00e1nak felfedez\u00e9se \u00e9s haszn\u00e1lata Drosophil\u00e1ban (Nobel-d\u00edj, 1946), ami jelent\u0151sen hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rult a fejl\u0151d\u00e9sbiol\u00f3giai t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyszer\u0171s\u00e9gek felfedez\u00e9s\u00e9hez. Az 1970-es \u00e9vekt\u0151l kezdt\u00e9k el vil\u00e1gszerte egyre t\u00f6bb laborat\u00f3riumban haszn\u00e1lni ezt a modell\u00e1llatot, ugyanis a klasszikus genetikai m\u00f3dszerek felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1val \u00f6sszetett, olyan, addig nehezen vizsg\u00e1lhat\u00f3 k\u00e9rd\u00e9sekre is siker\u00fclt v\u00e1laszt tal\u00e1lni a kutat\u00f3knak, mint p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul az egyedfejl\u0151d\u00e9s genetikai szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban kulcsfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa g\u00e9nek azonos\u00edt\u00e1sa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A muslica modell haszn\u00e1lata Magyarorsz\u00e1gon szint\u00e9n az 1970-es \u00e9vekig ny\u00falik vissza, amikor Kiss Istv\u00e1n, Gausz J\u00e1nos, Gyurkovics Henrik, Mar\u00f3y P\u00e9ter, Szabad J\u00e1nos \u00e9s Szidonya J\u00e1nos \u00fatt\u00f6r\u0151 munk\u00e1t v\u00e9geztek a Drosophila, mint modellszervezet meghonos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ban a Szegedi Biol\u00f3giai K\u00f6zpontban (SZBK). Szidonya J\u00e1nos \u00e9s a k\u00e9s\u0151bbiekben Mink M\u00e1ty\u00e1s az etil-met\u00e1nszulfon\u00e1t (EMS) mutag\u00e9nnel l\u00e9trehozott let\u00e1lis mut\u00e1nsok t\u00e9rk\u00e9pez\u00e9s\u00e9vel \u00e9s azok k\u00f6z\u00fcl is a domin\u00e1ns h\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9klet \u00e9rz\u00e9keny fenot\u00edpust mutat\u00f3k, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul bizonyos kollag\u00e9n g\u00e9nek mut\u00e1nsainak jellemz\u00e9s\u00e9vel foglalkozott (Kelemen-Valkony \u00e9s mtsai., 2012).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mar\u00f3y P\u00e9ter kutat\u00e1si t\u00e9m\u00e1ja a fejl\u0151d\u00e9sgenetika egy fontos k\u00e9rd\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00f6sszpontosult, nevezetesen a rovarok vedl\u00e9s\u00e9nek hormon\u00e1lis szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1t kutatta, annak genetikai h\u00e1tter\u00e9t pr\u00f3b\u00e1lta r\u00e9szletesen felt\u00e1rni. Akkoriban m\u00e1r ismert volt, hogy Drosophil\u00e1ban \u00e9s m\u00e1s rovarokban is a prothorax mirigyeiben termel\u0151d\u0151 ekdizon hormon koordin\u00e1lja az egyedfejl\u0151d\u00e9si \u00e1tmeneteket, bele\u00e9rtve a l\u00e1rv\u00e1b\u00f3l b\u00e1bb\u00e1 \u00e9s kifejlett rovarr\u00e1 t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 \u00e1talakul\u00e1st az \u00e1llatok metamorf\u00f3zisa sor\u00e1n, de a hormonok hat\u00e1smechanizmus\u00e1nak h\u00e1tter\u00e9ben \u00e1ll\u00f3 molekul\u00e1ris szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s teljesen ismeretlen ter\u00fclet volt. Mar\u00f3y P\u00e9ter a klasszikus genetikai m\u00f3dszereket (mint a funkci\u00f3 veszt\u00e9ses mut\u00e1ci\u00f3k el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa k\u00e9miai \u00e9s transzpozonok induk\u00e1lta mutagenezissel) kombin\u00e1lta biok\u00e9miai m\u00f3dszerekkel. Ennek eredm\u00e9nyek\u00e9nt az \u00e1ltala kidolgozott \u00e9rz\u00e9keny elj\u00e1r\u00e1ssal k\u00e9pes volt a vedl\u00e9si hormon, vagyis az ekdizon szintj\u00e9nek a m\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re. E hormon \u00e1ltal szab\u00e1lyozott \u00fatvonal volt az els\u0151 olyan k\u00eds\u00e9rleti rendszer, amely sor\u00e1n a szteroid hormonok genomra gyakorolt hat\u00e1s\u00e1t tanulm\u00e1nyozni tudt\u00e1k.
